Lowes Label Generator - CSV Guidelines
Required Data Format
Critical Requirements:
- PO Number - Must be unique for each label (PO column)

Complete Address Data - Both Bill To and Ship To addresses

CSV Format - Save your file as .csv (not .xlsx or .xls)
All Fields Are Required:
Unlike Walmart labels, all columns must have data for proper
label generation.
CSV Column Structure
Required Columns (All Must Have Data):
Bill To Address:
- Company Name - Company receiving the bill
- Address Line 1 - Street address
- Address Line 2 - Suite, unit, etc. (can be empty)
- City - City name
- State - State abbreviation (e.g., CA, NY, TX)
- Zip Code - Postal code
Shipping Information:
- Carrier Name - Shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- PRO - Pro number from carrier
- B/L - Bill of Lading number
- PO - Purchase Order number (unique identifier)
Ship To Address:
- Ship Company Name - Destination company
- Ship Address Line 1 - Destination street address

Ship Address Line 2 - Suite, unit, etc. (can be empty)
- Ship City - Destination city
- Ship State - Destination state
- Ship Zip Code - Destination postal code
Common Issues
Missing Required Data:
- Empty PO - Each row must have unique PO number

Missing addresses - Both Bill To and Ship To addresses

Format Issues:
- Wrong file format - Must be CSV, not Excel
